  Amir and his installation crew have been very impressive in their commitment to ensuring the best possible outcome for our project. Amir's product knowledge is excellent. The installers handled materials and equipment for a 3rd floor walk up apartment very efficiently. Their high standard work was carried out quickly. Their work has been greatly appreciated.

  Amir and the team did all the things needed to get the installation done perfectly - aside from that they also:
  - arrived early to make sure the vehicle could fit in the parking area;
  - kept the work areas tidy and ensuring curtains were safely stored away while the work was being completed and vacuumed the areas and common areas;
  - were friendly and informative to querying apartment residents;
  - were very prompt in answering all questions / providing documentation for our application to strata (v. important for anyone in a lower north shore apartment block); and
  - had excellent knowledge of floorboard types, brands and styles - Amir was able to match our floorboards with the existing floorboards by sight alone.

  Amir from Ace Timber floors is a pleasure to deal with. Communications were prompt, professional and all work was finished earlier than scheduled.
  
  We needed flooring with short notice and Amir took the time to make an in person inspection before recommending the right flooring for the space.
  
  Prices were more than reasonable given the quality of materials and workmanship. Will be returning for future flooring for the house.
