When I returned to pick it up, the woman preempted my concerns of the work done on the first pass by explaining what she had wanted to do. She wanted my approval first as it would irreversibly show, and explained the stitching plan. Very thorough. Also, they accommodated expedited dry cleaning for me at no charge.
